A group of student volunteers with one of CRE's guides, Arturo Bonilla.   The group is preparing to hike to the summit of Volcan Turrialba and look into the crater of an active volcano.   A hike of this sort works very well as an educational field trip and teambuilding exercise. The lush green high forests of Volcan Turrialba's crater awaits behind the group.   The summit of this volcano is 10,995 ft!   This is an incredible hike with amazing views and chances to see unique wildlife.
